Set off after a proper farmhouse breakfast, the eggs were still warm...Boycie has come good with the help of his daughter Tish and her partner Mike by producing two pucker magnetic signs for the side of the support van. Big thanks to Phil & Rachel at Day Signs mailto:day-signs@btinternet.com who made the signs in double quick time.
Gave it the full monty today, slipped it in the big ring (biking term for large front cog) and just went for it. First stop Padstow for the ferry to Rock, met Eddie who donated as did the barmaids at the Cornish Arms lunch stop..in total have collected £34 on route.

I kept pushing myself through the string of Cornish fishing villages and then inland towards Launceston. On the final hill and there's Boycie on his bike who after parking the van decided to ride to meet me for the final push to the digs.
Checked in and made a dash to the room only to find a couple on the bed in their underwear...sorry wrong room and a quick retreat. Decided not to tell Boycie which room for obvious reasons...
So, its out tonight with Tish and Mike who live in Totnes, Devon.
Well that's Cornwall done so bring on Devon is what I say...

Sign looks brilliant! x
Great riding! Great sign! I wonder how the beer compares to a nice pint of Robinsons?
