Preparation

TRAINING:
Cycling to work and back 3-4 times per week - Tarporley to Ellesmere Port is about 14 miles. Now up to about 120 miles per week.

DIET: Keeping a regular intake of 'High protein' Lager from the Forester Arms with Big Dave, often supplement with a packet of Chilli Dorittos and Salted Peanuts.

SUPPORT:
Boycie is getting a Van and will be providing top quality support from Lands End to Tarporley. No need to mess about with the train to Penzance now...Thanks Boycie Boy...

Big Dave is booked in for the Dumfries and Galloway section including the Isle of Arran.

Waiting Confirmation from Snapper and The Brief.......

GENERAL:
Went to the Ricky Hatton Fight on Saturday night...blinding night for Manchester fight fans.
